January 2021 Working Bee

We drove down on the Friday in pouring rain which continued until late Saturday afternoon.  So for most of the day we did jobs inside and undercover.  Just after a late lunch and a few well earned aquavits,  the rain stopped and the sun came out so we quickly left the inside jobs to stack the 44 cubic metres of wood that had been delivered.  The chain gang managed to get it all stacked away in about 3 hours by which time, a well earned and relaxing aperitif was enjoyed in the sun on T1 verandah.

Whilst we had hoped to get a lot of painting done, we still managed to knock off quite a few things on the list so now hoping that the weather is better for the February working bee – 26 – 28.
