Booking Rules

Winter
All members are limited to booking a lodge for one winter week, unless there are weeks vacant after the first round of bookings.
After end January, the Bookings Officer will determine the bookings in the following priority:All members to have their winter booking preferences to the Bookings Officer (Fiona Bunting. fiona.bunting77@gmail.com) in writing by the end of January each year.
- Principal Members
- Family Members
- Ordinary Members
- Approved Non-Members
Lodge weekly rental is for the whole lodge, not by the bed. The price is the lodge fee less deducting amounts for any Principal Members, Family Member or Ordinary Members. The fees and deducting amounts are tabulated below.
Principal Members are encouraged to fill every bed; however Principal Members must pay for a minimum of 6 in T1 and 8 in T2 if unable to fill all the beds.
Full payment for the winter booking is due by APRIL 30TH, if not received, the booking is lost and will be made available to others. Confirmation of payment details must be received either by mail or email April 30th..
Payment to be made by one person – preferably a member.
Payments will only be refunded for cancelled bookings when the booking is filled by another, unless for exceptional circumstances and approved by the Committee.
Children 5 and under are not included in the accommodation limits set by NPWS. Therefore if they do not occupy a bed, they will not be charged if all beds are occupied, however these children must have their own cot. (This option is only available to members.)

Shoulder Periods
Applies to:
- Full weeks in June i.e. not for a week starting in June and ending in July
- The last full week of September up to and including the October long weekend

Non-winter
In the non-winter season the lodges can be booked on a per-day or per-week basis.
In the event that there are bookings requested for the same date, the booking priority is to be the same as for the winter period with the exception of working bees taking precedence over all other bookings.
A booking form (issued by the Bookings Officer) must be filled for each booking.
Full payment for non-winter bookings must be made 7 days in advance of the date for the booking.
